Straight answers for people evaluating PRIMORDIX.
These are the operating details most relevant to manufacturers, purchasing managers and independent business buyers.
Is PRIMORDIX a manufacturer, wholesaler or retail buyer?
PRIMORDIX is a Florida-registered purchasing and e-commerce retail company developing wholesale-sourced retail and business supply relationships. We do not manufacture the third-party brands we source.
Does PRIMORDIX operate physical retail stores?
We do not claim to operate a customer-facing brick-and-mortar store. Our sales model is centered on retail distribution opportunities and selective B2B supply inquiries.
Do you own a warehouse?
We use an independent third-party logistics relationship in New Jersey for applicable receiving, inspection, storage and preparation services. The facilities are not represented as PRIMORDIX-owned property.
Can a manufacturer send products directly to a receiving facility?
Only after the relevant purchase, logistics scope and receiving details have been agreed in writing. The Florida business address is not a general product-receiving location.
What is your minimum initial order?
There is no single company-wide commitment appropriate to every product line. Initial quantities depend on supplier minimums, product demand, shipping requirements and economic feasibility.
Do you respect resale-channel restrictions and pricing policies?
We review applicable manufacturer terms, permitted territories and channel restrictions before trading. Any advertised-pricing or reseller conditions are considered within the specific agreement.
Do you provide an online wholesale price catalog?
Not at this time. Categories on this site describe our sourcing interests, not a guaranteed stock catalog. Qualified inquiries are considered individually.
Can a small independent retailer contact PRIMORDIX?
Yes. We welcome relevant business enquiries, but available products and commercial terms must be confirmed before any order arrangement can be offered.
What documents should a supplier share first?
An introductory email identifying the company and brand, company website, product categories and wholesale-program requirements is typically enough for an initial discussion.
What does appearing on your website as a brand partner mean?
A public partner showcase is intended only for supported relationships with appropriate approval. A supplier conversation, account application or quotation alone is not represented as an endorsed brand partnership.
How can suppliers contact PRIMORDIX?
Use our Contact Us or Partner With Us form, or write to info@primordix.com. Please include your company identity and the relevant subject of your inquiry.
Does an inquiry create any obligation?
No. Contact through the website is nonbinding. Purchasing, authorizations, credit, logistics services and related terms require separate agreement.
