Commercially aligned
We prioritize realistic expectations, clear purchasing terms and direct communication.
Our purchasing strategy starts with understanding manufacturers, respecting brand standards and identifying opportunities that make commercial sense for both sides.
At PRIMORDIX, we are interested in direct, professional relationships with manufacturers and authorized wholesale suppliers. We focus on product fit, purchasing clarity, operational practicality and sustainable retail positioning.
We do not view brand relationships as anonymous transactions. Each manufacturer may have different authorized channels, promotional standards or operational expectations — and we seek to understand those expectations early in the commercial process.
Clear commercial dialogue, defined purchasing practices and an operations model designed for long-term consistency.
We prioritize realistic expectations, clear purchasing terms and direct communication.
We consider manufacturer policies, approved sales channels and pricing guidelines.
We coordinate product preparation and inventory movement using our independent logistics infrastructure.
An initial conversation about the company, products and brand positioning.
Review of channel requirements, wholesale terms and operational suitability.
Where approved, completion of applicable company and purchasing documentation.
Continued communication around suitable products and future opportunities.
Brand names and logos are not displayed here without confirmation of the underlying commercial relationship and appropriate rights to use those marks. References to a product category or potential opportunity should not be interpreted as manufacturer endorsement or reseller authorization.
We welcome introductions from independent manufacturers and established wholesale suppliers.
We approach a manufacturer as an independent commercial partner with its own distribution strategy, not simply as a source of cheap inventory. Our conversations focus on understanding the product, channel expectations and feasible purchase arrangements.
We examine whether our target categories and retail model are consistent with the manufacturer’s trade program. That includes the business type served by the program, authorized territory, relevant account requirements and any channel restrictions.
Quality brand representation requires accurate product descriptions, correct variants, authorized imagery where relevant and consistent treatment of packaging, warranties and published brand policies.
We aim to purchase in volumes supported by realistic demand and full delivered cost, rather than making commitments that create excess inventory and immediate discounting pressure.
Where a relationship develops into trading activity, we value reliable communication, documented issue resolution and a commercially sustainable path to future assortments and repeat purchasing.
A manufacturer should never have to guess what happens next. The following stages describe the process we aim to follow where relevant to the supplier program.
We explain who PRIMORDIX is, which product families interest us and the reason the assortment may be a fit.
We review manufacturer requirements for opening a wholesale or dealer account, including relevant business documents and any sales-channel conditions.
Where provided, we study the price list, minimums, product data, shipping lead times, territory conditions, price policies and approved marketing materials.
If the project is commercially workable, we discuss the initial order, freight, preparation, payment and responsibilities before making a commitment.
After any approved trading activity begins, future assortment or order discussions are informed by actual results and mutually agreed expectations.
We are developing our portfolio of manufacturer and wholesale relationships. Public display of a brand name as a formal partner, or the use of its logo and protected promotional assets, is subject to verification of the relationship and appropriate permissions.
Our commercial activity includes supplier outreach, wholesale account reviews and product-line evaluation. These stages are different from executed distribution agreements. We publish identified partner brands only when the public representation is supportable and appropriately authorized.
For manufacturers, this standard helps protect brand identity and avoids suggesting an endorsement, exclusivity or territorial authorization that has not been confirmed.
Discuss brand representation →A request for a wholesale account, an approved purchasing account, a placed order and a formal authorized-dealer relationship represent different levels of commercial engagement. We keep those distinctions clear.
| Relationship stage | What it generally establishes | What it does not automatically establish |
|---|---|---|
| Product review / contact | Interest in a brand or a supplier introduction | Approval, stock ownership or any public endorsement. |
| Wholesale account approval | Permission to place wholesale orders under a supplier’s terms | Exclusive territory, unrestricted channel rights or logo permission. |
| Purchase transaction | Commercial sale of specific inventory under agreed terms | Blanket authorized-dealer status or rights in brand artwork. |
| Written reseller / distribution agreement | Rights and responsibilities specifically written in the agreement | Rights beyond the defined products, territories, channels or term. |
We welcome manufacturers and wholesale suppliers who value clearly defined trade relationships, responsible product handling and measured growth.
