Not an Agency.
Your Distribution Partner.

Primordix LLC is not a marketing agency billing you retainers. We are a distribution partner — we purchase your products at wholesale and take full ownership of the Amazon channel. Our success is structurally tied to yours.

Most brands struggle on Amazon not because their product is weak, but because their Amazon operation lacks strategic foundation. Price erosion from unauthorized sellers. Listings that fail to convert. Advertising that bleeds margin. Inventory stockouts that collapse organic rank. We solve all of it.

Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, Primordix LLC operates as a fully structured US entity with formal banking infrastructure, signed distribution agreements, and a transparent operational model built for long-term brand partnerships — not transactional relationships.

We don't invoice you for hours. We grow by placing larger purchase orders. That alignment creates a fundamentally different partnership — one built on shared outcomes, not retainers.

Single Authorized Seller

One controlled channel. No price wars, no unauthorized dilution of your retail relationships.

No Upfront Cost to You

We purchase at your wholesale price. You receive payment immediately on each PO.

Full Transparency

Monthly reports covering every metric: sessions, conversions, Buy Box %, and ad spend.

Zero Channel Conflict

We complement your existing retail and DTC channels — never compete with them.

04

Scale Together

As sales velocity increases, PO sizes grow. Your Amazon revenue scales without adding internal headcount or operational complexity on your side.

Six Pillars of
Amazon Excellence.

Every brand we partner with receives the same disciplined, end-to-end operational framework. No shortcuts. No guesswork. Pure execution across every lever that drives Amazon performance.

01
🔍

Brand Audit & Market Intelligence

Before a single unit moves, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of your Amazon landscape. We map every competitor, identify pricing gaps, score your current listing against top performers, and audit your Buy Box situation to build a data-driven entry strategy.

  • Unauthorized seller identification & count
  • Competitive pricing landscape mapping
  • Listing quality score benchmarking
  • Search volume & keyword opportunity analysis
02
📝

Listing Architecture & A+ Content

We rebuild product listings from the ground up. Titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend search terms are all engineered for Amazon's A10 algorithm. A+ Content and Brand Story modules are crafted to convert browsers into buyers.

  • Keyword-rich title construction
  • Benefit-driven bullet point copy
  • A+ Content modules (Enhanced Brand Content)
  • Backend keyword optimization
03
📦

FBA Logistics & Inventory Management

We manage the complete inbound supply chain to Amazon's fulfillment network. Predictive inventory management prevents stockouts that destroy organic rankings. We handle all FBA prep requirements so your team never has to learn Amazon's packaging rules.

  • Inbound shipment creation & management
  • Inventory velocity forecasting
  • FBA prep & labeling compliance
  • Stranded inventory resolution
04
📈

PPC Advertising & ACoS Management

Targeted Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns built around your margin requirements. We deploy advertising to accelerate organic ranking — never to prop up a bad listing. ACoS is managed with strict financial discipline.

  • Keyword harvesting & bid strategy
  • Auto, phrase & exact match architecture
  • Negative keyword management
  • TACoS tracking vs. organic growth
05
🛡️

Brand Protection & MAP Enforcement

  • Brand Registry enrollment & management
  • Unauthorized seller violation filing
  • Active MAP price monitoring
  • Counterfeit & IP infringement reporting
06
📊

  • Monthly executive performance report
  • Buy Box ownership tracking
  • Keyword rank monitoring
  • Return rate & review velocity analysis

The Distribution Partner
Built for Long-Term Growth.

Most brands that struggle on Amazon have the right product — they simply lack the right operational partner. We're not a vendor. We're an extension of your business with fully aligned incentives.

01

We Win Only When You Win

Unlike agencies billing hourly regardless of results, our revenue grows only when your sales grow. Every decision is filtered through a single question: does this measurably improve brand performance? There is no other motivation — structurally or culturally.

02

Legally Structured. Professionally Operated.

Primordix LLC is a fully registered US entity with EIN verification, established banking infrastructure, formal distribution agreements, and documented operational accountability at every step. You're working with a real company — not a reseller account.

03

Selective by Design

We don't onboard every brand that contacts us. We conduct a genuine audit first and only move forward when we're confident we can create measurable results. This selectivity protects both parties from bad-fit partnerships that destroy time and margin.

04

Zero Operational Complexity Added

Your team doesn't learn new systems or hire Amazon headcount. You fulfill our wholesale POs exactly as you do for any other wholesale account. Everything that happens on Amazon — every listing change, every campaign, every enforcement action — is Primordix.

Metrics That
Actually Matter.

Vanity metrics don't build brands. We track the numbers that translate directly into revenue, rank, and long-term brand equity on Amazon's marketplace.

BuyBox
Ownership percentage — the single most important determinant of conversion rate on Amazon
TACoS
Total Advertising Cost of Sale — the true measure of advertising efficiency relative to total revenue
NTB%
New-to-Brand percentage — the share of customers purchasing your brand for the first time through ads
IPI Score
Inventory Performance Index — Amazon's health score that determines your storage limits and FBA eligibility

These are the performance benchmarks we target for every brand we partner with. Not averages — targets. When your brand doesn't reach these, we diagnose and fix what's holding it back.

From First Contact to
Full Amazon Velocity.

A transparent, structured process from day one. No hidden complexity. No ambiguous handoffs. You always know exactly where your brand stands and what's happening next.

🔍STEP 1

Free Brand Audit & Opportunity Analysis

We spend real time analyzing your brand's Amazon opportunity before any commitment is made. This includes a full competitor landscape review, pricing gap analysis, identification of unauthorized sellers, listing quality assessment, and a high-level revenue projection for what a well-executed Amazon channel could generate.

  • Competitor positioning & pricing map
  • Unauthorized seller count & impact assessment
  • Listing quality score vs. category benchmarks
  • Keyword opportunity volume analysis
⏱ Typically delivered within 5–7 business days
📋STEP 2

Strategy Presentation & Partnership Discussion

We present our audit findings on a live call and walk through our proposed strategy — which SKUs to launch first, target pricing, advertising budget framework, and a 90-day performance roadmap. If it's a mutual fit, we proceed to the formal agreement.

  • 90-day launch roadmap presentation
  • SKU prioritization recommendations
  • Wholesale pricing and margin structure
  • MAP policy design or review
📞 One focused 60-minute call
✍️STEP 3

Distribution Agreement & Brand Registry

A formal, bilaterally-signed distribution agreement is executed. This document defines your MAP policy, our authorized territory, content approval process, SKU selection, and performance accountability. We also initiate Amazon Brand Registry enrollment if your brand is not yet registered.

  • Executed distribution agreement (countersigned)
  • MAP policy documentation
  • Amazon Brand Registry enrollment
  • Listing ownership transfer or creation
📄 Legal framework fully documented
🚀STEP 4

Listing Build-Out & FBA Launch

We build or rebuild your listings — titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content. Your approval is required before anything goes live. Once approved, we place our first purchase order and manage all FBA inbound logistics to Amazon's fulfillment centers.

  • Full listing copy creation (your approval required)
  • A+ Content module design
  • First purchase order placement
  • FBA inbound shipment management
⏱ 2–4 weeks from agreement signing
📈STEP 5

Advertising Launch & Organic Growth

Once live, we deploy a structured PPC campaign architecture — auto campaigns to harvest converting keywords, followed by exact and phrase match campaigns to scale what works. Advertising is calibrated to build organic rank velocity, not just generate sales at any cost.

  • Auto campaign launch (keyword discovery phase)
  • Manual campaign build from harvested keywords
  • Bid optimization cadence (2x per week)
  • Negative keyword management to eliminate waste
📊 Initial data meaningful at weeks 6–8
🔄ONGOING

Ongoing Management, Reporting & Scale

Every month, you receive a comprehensive performance report. Every quarter, we conduct a strategic review — new SKU opportunities, pricing strategy updates, advertising performance analysis, and organic rank trajectory. As sales velocity grows, our purchase orders grow with it.

  • Monthly executive performance report
  • Quarterly strategic review call
  • Ongoing unauthorized seller enforcement
  • Inventory replenishment management
📅 Reporting delivered first week of each month

Is Primordix the
Right Fit?

We work best with brands that have a quality product, an established wholesale operation, and a genuine desire to own the Amazon channel — without building an internal team to manage it.

Ideal Partner Profile

We look for brands with these characteristics. If this sounds like you, let's have a real conversation.

  • Established product with existing wholesale or retail distribution
  • Monthly volume capacity of 200+ units minimum
  • Currently absent, underperforming, or mismanaged on Amazon
  • MAP pricing policy in place — or open to establishing one
  • Wholesale margins that support Amazon's fee structure
  • Long-term brand vision, not short-term liquidation goal
  • Physical consumer goods (not digital, services, or regulated)
Do I lose control of my brand on Amazon?
Absolutely not. You retain full ownership of your brand, trademark, and products. We operate under a formal distribution agreement that defines precisely what we can and cannot do. All listing content is submitted to you for written approval before anything goes live on Amazon. You maintain Brand Registry ownership and all intellectual property rights remain yours.
What does it cost my brand to work with Primordix?
Nothing upfront. We purchase your inventory at your standard wholesale price, exactly like any wholesale retailer. Our costs — FBA fees, advertising spend, logistics, and operational overhead — are entirely our responsibility. Your only "cost" is offering us the same wholesale pricing you give to any other authorized retailer. You get paid immediately on every purchase order.
How do you handle pricing if I already have Amazon sellers?
This is one of the first things we address together. We work with you to establish or enforce a MAP policy and, where necessary, help you legally remove unauthorized sellers through Amazon's Brand Registry enforcement tools and violation reporting system. We do not use gray-market tactics. Pricing integrity is non-negotiable for us — a brand with price erosion is a brand we cannot grow profitably, so we only proceed when we can establish clean pricing.
How long before we see meaningful results on Amazon?
Realistic expectations: listing optimization and FBA setup takes 2–4 weeks after agreement signing. Initial sales data becomes statistically meaningful around weeks 6–8. Significant organic keyword traction typically builds over 3–6 months. Organic rank compounds over time — the longer we run a well-managed listing, the stronger it becomes. We set clear expectations before any partnership begins and do not promise unrealistic timeframes.
What product categories do you specialize in?
Home & Kitchen, Health & Beauty, Sports & Outdoors, Tools & Hardware, Pet Supplies, Toys & Games, Office Products, and Garden & Outdoor. We evaluate all categories on a case-by-case basis and are particularly strong with physical consumer goods in the mid-complexity range — products that benefit from strong listing content, repeat purchase behavior, and active brand protection.
Can you work with brands that are already on Amazon?
Yes, and this is actually quite common. Many brands we partner with already have an Amazon presence — either managed by an internal team, an agency, or unmanaged through unauthorized resellers. We assess the current situation during the brand audit phase and develop a transition plan that doesn't disrupt existing sales while we rebuild the foundation correctly.
What happens if things aren't working after 6 months?
Our distribution agreements include defined performance milestones and review clauses. If performance is not meeting agreed benchmarks at the 6-month mark, we have a formal review process to diagnose root causes, adjust strategy, or — if it's genuinely not a fit — exit cleanly. We're not interested in holding brands hostage to underperforming arrangements. Long-term partnerships require results from both sides.

Legal Policy Document

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Primordix LLC's MAP policy governs the minimum advertised prices for all products distributed through our Amazon channel. This policy applies to all brand partners operating under a formal distribution agreement with Primordix LLC.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Revised: March 1, 2026 · Version 2.4

1. Purpose & Scope

This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy ("Policy") is established by Primordix LLC ("Primordix," "we," "us") to protect the integrity of brand pricing across the Amazon marketplace and all related digital channels where Primordix operates as an authorized distributor.

This Policy applies to all products ("Covered Products") distributed by Primordix LLC under formal distribution agreements with brand partners ("Brand Partners"). The purpose of this Policy is to:

  • Protect the perceived value and premium positioning of Brand Partner products
  • Maintain healthy margins across the authorized distribution channel
  • Prevent destructive price competition that erodes brand equity
  • Ensure consistent consumer price experience across Amazon and all retail channels
  • Support Brand Partners' relationships with other authorized wholesale accounts
  • Enable sustainable investment in listing optimization and advertising

Important Notice: This MAP Policy is a unilateral statement of Primordix LLC's business practice and does not constitute a contract, agreement, or conspiracy with any other reseller or competitor. Primordix reserves the right to enforce, modify, or revoke this policy in its sole discretion at any time.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

  • "Advertised Price" means any price at which a Covered Product is displayed, listed, or promoted to consumers on any digital marketplace, website, or digital advertising channel, including Amazon, regardless of whether a purchase is required to view the price.
  • "MAP Price" means the Minimum Advertised Price for a specific Covered Product as established by the Brand Partner and documented in the applicable distribution agreement or MAP schedule.
  • "Covered Products" means all products listed in the Schedule of Products attached to the relevant distribution agreement, as amended from time to time.
  • "Authorized Reseller" means Primordix LLC and any other entity expressly authorized in writing by the Brand Partner to advertise and sell Covered Products.
  • "Violation" means any instance where a Covered Product's advertised price falls below the applicable MAP Price, as detected through Primordix's monitoring systems.
  • "Promotional Period" means a defined period during which exceptions to MAP pricing are permitted under Section 7 of this Policy.

3. Policy Coverage

This Policy covers all Covered Products in all advertised formats across all digital channels operated or managed by Primordix LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon.com product listings (standard and variation listings)
  • Amazon Sponsored Product advertisements
  • Amazon Sponsored Brand advertisements
  • Amazon Sponsored Display advertisements
  • Amazon Lightning Deals and Prime Exclusive Discounts (subject to Section 7)
  • Amazon Coupons (subject to Section 7)
  • Any other digital marketplace or channel where Primordix operates as an authorized reseller

This Policy does not govern the actual transaction price (i.e., the price at which a sale is completed). Primordix may, in its discretion, sell products below MAP if no advertising of the reduced price occurs. However, Primordix's standard operational practice is to maintain transaction prices at or above MAP.

4. MAP Price Determination

MAP Prices for each Covered Product are established through the following process:

  1. Brand Partner provides suggested retail price (SRP) and wholesale price for each Covered Product.
  2. Primordix conducts a competitive landscape analysis to assess market pricing dynamics.
  3. Brand Partner and Primordix collaboratively establish MAP Prices that support sustainable margins across all authorized channels, typically expressed as a percentage of SRP (generally 85–95% of SRP for consumer goods).
  4. Agreed MAP Prices are documented in the MAP Schedule, which is incorporated by reference into the applicable distribution agreement.
  5. MAP Prices are reviewed quarterly and may be adjusted by mutual written agreement to reflect market conditions, competitive dynamics, or channel strategy changes.

MAP Price Setting Guideline: Primordix recommends MAP pricing at no less than 80% of MSRP for standard consumer goods categories. Products priced below this threshold typically face unsustainable economics on Amazon after FBA fees, advertising, and operational costs are accounted for.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

Primordix employs continuous, automated monitoring systems to track advertised prices for all Covered Products across Amazon and related digital channels. Our monitoring infrastructure operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and is capable of detecting pricing violations within hours of occurrence.

5.1 Monitoring Methods

Primordix's MAP monitoring includes the following methods:

  • Automated price tracking across all Covered Product ASINs
  • Buy Box price monitoring (including third-party offers)
  • Sponsored ad price monitoring
  • Promotion and coupon detection
  • Historical pricing trend analysis
  • Unauthorized seller identification and tracking

5.2 Violation Detection & Documentation

When a potential MAP violation is detected, Primordix documents the violation with a timestamped screenshot, the ASIN, the detected advertised price, the applicable MAP Price, the seller's Amazon seller ID (when identifiable), and the duration of the violation. This documentation is retained for a minimum of 24 months.

6. Violation Procedures

Primordix follows a structured, escalating enforcement protocol for MAP violations:

First Violation

  1. Primordix documents the violation with full evidence package.
  2. Primordix notifies the Brand Partner within 24 hours of confirmed violation detection.
  3. If Primordix itself is the violating party (due to system error or unauthorized action), Primordix immediately corrects the advertised price and provides a written explanation to the Brand Partner within 48 hours.
  4. If the violating party is an unauthorized seller, Primordix files an Amazon Brand Registry violation report on behalf of the Brand Partner (where authorized).

Repeat or Systemic Violations by Unauthorized Sellers

  1. Escalated Brand Registry complaints filed with Amazon, including all documented evidence.
  2. Cease and desist communication issued through appropriate legal channels (if seller is identifiable).
  3. Brand Partner notified with full documentation package for their own legal action if desired.
  4. Amazon Seller Performance reports filed for egregious or repeat violations.

7. Permitted Exceptions

The following circumstances are recognized exceptions to standard MAP requirements:

  • Mutually Agreed Promotional Events: Price reductions below MAP during specific promotional periods (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday) where the Brand Partner has provided written advance approval specifying the discount percentage, duration, and applicable SKUs.
  • Amazon Coupons: Clip-based coupons that reduce effective price below MAP are permitted only with Brand Partner written approval, provided the listed price (before coupon application) remains at or above MAP.
  • Liquidation of Damaged or Unsellable Inventory: Products that are returned, damaged, or otherwise unsellable at standard quality may be listed below MAP if marked as "Used" or with appropriate condition disclosure.
  • Bundle Pricing: Bundled products (multi-packs or curated combinations) may be priced in a manner where the per-unit implied price is below MAP, provided the bundle itself is approved by the Brand Partner and not explicitly designed to circumvent MAP.

8. Amazon-Specific Provisions

Amazon's marketplace presents unique MAP enforcement challenges that Primordix specifically addresses:

8.1 Amazon Price Matching

Amazon may automatically suppress Buy Box eligibility or reduce prices to match lower prices found elsewhere online (known as Amazon's "competitive pricing" algorithm). If Amazon's automated pricing system reduces the advertised price below MAP, Primordix will:

  • Document the violation caused by Amazon's system
  • Contact Amazon Seller Support to request price restoration
  • Notify the Brand Partner within 24 hours
  • Escalate through Amazon's appropriate channels if the issue persists

8.2 Buy Box and Third-Party Seller Violations

When third-party sellers on the same ASIN advertise below MAP, Primordix will utilize Amazon Brand Registry tools to report the violation, file intellectual property or policy complaints where applicable, and coordinate with the Brand Partner on a channel cleanup strategy to eliminate unauthorized distribution.

8.3 Lightning Deals and Prime Exclusive Discounts

Participation in Amazon Lightning Deals or Prime Exclusive Discounts (PEDs) that would result in advertised prices below MAP requires explicit written approval from the Brand Partner no less than 14 days in advance of the scheduled promotion.

9. Brand Partner Obligations

To support effective MAP enforcement, Brand Partners agree to the following obligations:

  • Maintain and enforce MAP pricing requirements with all other authorized distributors and resellers of Covered Products.
  • Provide Primordix with timely written approval (or denial) of promotional price exception requests within 5 business days of submission.
  • Notify Primordix of any changes to MAP Prices no less than 30 days in advance of the effective date.
  • Cooperate with Primordix's requests for Amazon Brand Registry access necessary to support enforcement actions.
  • Take reasonable steps to identify and restrict distribution of Covered Products to channels or partners likely to violate MAP.
  • Provide Primordix with documentation of authorized resellers for each channel to support identification of unauthorized sellers.

10. Primordix Obligations

Under this Policy, Primordix LLC commits to:

  • Maintain all advertised prices for Covered Products at or above MAP at all times, except as expressly permitted under Section 7.
  • Monitor for MAP violations continuously and report detected violations to Brand Partners within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • File Amazon Brand Registry enforcement actions on behalf of Brand Partners where written authorization has been granted.
  • Maintain complete records of all violations detected, actions taken, and outcomes for a minimum of 24 months.
  • Provide Brand Partners with monthly MAP compliance summaries as part of the standard performance reporting package.

11. Policy Changes

Primordix LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke this Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Changes to this Policy that materially affect MAP Prices for Covered Products will be communicated to Brand Partners no less than 30 days before taking effect. Changes to enforcement procedures or monitoring methods may be implemented immediately and communicated to Brand Partners within 7 days of implementation.

This Policy is implemented in compliance with applicable US federal and state antitrust laws, including the Sherman Antitrust Act and the Federal Trade Commission Act. This Policy represents a unilateral business decision by Primordix LLC and does not constitute a price-fixing agreement, contract, or combination with any other entity.

Primordix's right to choose its trading partners and to refuse to do business with entities that do not adhere to this Policy is a recognized legal right under US law (Colgate Doctrine). This Policy does not prohibit any reseller from advertising or selling Covered Products at any price — it governs only Primordix's own advertising practices and the conditions under which Primordix continues to supply Covered Products to authorized partners.

Legal Disclaimer: This Policy does not constitute legal advice. Brand Partners and their authorized resellers should consult qualified legal counsel regarding their specific obligations and rights under applicable antitrust and commerce laws.

This Cookie Policy explains how Primordix LLC uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Revised: March 1, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used by website owners to make websites work efficiently, provide functional features, and deliver information to website owners about how their sites are being used.

Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Primordix LLC) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable features or functionality to be provided on or through the website, such as analytics and marketing.

Cookies can be "persistent" cookies (they remain on your device until deleted or expired) or "session" cookies (they are deleted when you close your browser).

2. Types of Cookies We Use

We use the following categories of cookies on our website:

3. Third-Party Cookies & Services

Some cookies on our website are set by third-party services we use. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of cookie data. The third-party services we use that may set cookies include:

  • Google Analytics: Web analytics service that helps us understand how visitors interact with our website. Data processed in the US under Google's Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms.
  • Google Ads: Advertising platform used to track the effectiveness of our paid advertising campaigns. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: Analytics tool that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Subject to Meta's Data Policy.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: Analytics tool for tracking conversions from LinkedIn campaigns. Subject to LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.

We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with each of our third-party data processors where required by applicable data protection law.

4. Managing Cookies

You have several options for managing cookies on our website:

Browser Settings

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these in the "Settings," "Privacy," or "Security" section of your browser. Options usually include viewing and deleting individual cookies, blocking all cookies, blocking third-party cookies, and clearing cookies when you close your browser.

Note that blocking all cookies will impact the functionality of many websites, including ours. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled without significantly affecting your ability to use the site.
